Daily Sweat! ZWOW #6

Hello Spring!  Today is the vernal equinox, marking the beginning of spring!!!! I cannot wait for the sun to start shinning and the warm weather to come out!!!

Flexibility Training: The Yoga Challenge, Flow Yoga, 30 minutes
