Daily Sweat! ZWOW #8 & “Slimming” Yoga

Flexibility Training: “Slimming” Yoga, 60 minutes ~ my last full yoga class of the yoga challenge!!!

Weight/Resistance Training: Zuzka Light‘s ZWOW #8, 16:16 – no weights & I accidentally did side plank raises instead of leg lifts…oops… I worked out on the roof of our gym tonight while Kyle played basketball.  I have to say I felt pretty awesome, haha…
