Weight/Resistance Training: ZuzkaLight’s ZWOW #9, 3 rounds + 5 santana push ups… This is the first repeat ZWOW and I am proud to say I beat my old record by 5 push ups. I know it is not huge but I worked my butt off to try to beat my previous time and am happy to say I succeeded!! Make sure you are keeping track of your ZWOW times so you track your progress!
