Warm up/Cool down: Elliptical
Weight/Resistance Training: Day 22: ZWOW #14 ~ well a very modified version, my knee was killing me from a previous workout. Although I wanted to push as hard as I could, it was important that I listen to my body and not overwork my knee. I will be doing this one again soon for a more accurate time when my knee is 100%.
So here is what I did: 26:05, no back lunges or jump lunges; 6kg – first round of push press and truster, 4kg – last 4 rounds; 6kg – curls; 4kg – preacher curls
