Daily Sweat! a mile & a zwow

Cardio: running – 1 mile, walking – .5 mile *total steps today (not counting the mile running): 10,375*

Weight/Resistance Training: ZWOW #18, 34:34 – this was a loooong workout.  I definitely needed some strong self disciple to finish this one!

Here is a little pictures just for fun.  Tonight I made some homemade brownies for our kids to enjoy.
