The Core Challenge: Athleanx’s Insane Ab Workout

Ok, this workout was exactly as stated, insane!!!  Seriously, try it!!!

It is quite simple all you need are socks and a hardwood (tile or linoleum will also work) floor!!! I also used a exercise mat to place my arms on.  I did 25 reps for each exercise, except for the final two.  I will have to work myself up to the one legged exercises.  You will feel this all over your core!
