The Core Challenge: 8 Minute Abs
I always feel challenged as I do 8 Minute Abs.
However, I feel like it is very easy to use incorrect form throughout this workout.
Here are some tips for a more effective and efficient workout:
*Do not strain your neck, instead focus on using your core muscles to complete the ab exercise
*To focus, think about each specific ab muscle contracting and relaxing as your perform each exercise
*When exercising your lower abs, continue to focus on the ab muscles doing the exercise. Do not rely on the motion of rocking your legs or lower body to lift up your core.
