Daily Sweat! ZWOW #6 + Fitness Body 4 Life’s Abs

Warm Up: Jumping jacks + jogging in place

Weight/Resistance Training: ZWOW #6, 3 rounds + 10 pulse plyo jumps + 5 side burpees

The Core Challenge: FitnessBody4Life’s Ab Workout

Do the exercises listed below for one minute each (for a full explanation watch the video).  Move from one exercise to the next with 10-15 seconds rest in between.  If you have the Gymboss App or an interval timer this is the time to use it!

Here is a look at my custom timer:

The Workout

Exercise 1: Elbow to knee (3 on each side then switch)
Exercise 2: Figure 4 Leg Raise (3 on each side then switch)
Exercise 3: Crunch with leg raise
Exercise 4: Plank push up with twist
Exercise 5: Bent leg twist with kick out (4 kick outs on each side then switch)
Exercise 6: Double toe touch (90 degree & fully extended)

*I forgot to stop my heart rate monitor after the ZWOW and do it seperatly for the ab workout.  So this is the details from the entire workout.*
