Hello Blogging World! It feels like it has been forever since I posted a Daily Sweat! Here is a little update of our life: Saturday night we finally came home from China. Next week we will travel to Canada to visit Kyle’s family. At the beginning of August we will take a trip to a national teachers’ convention. Then in the middle of August we will be moving to British Columbia. So as you can imagine life has been quite busy!!! I know it is no reason to not work out but I thought I should at least explain my lack of fitness this last week:)

Cardio: Swimming Laps, 20 minutes – not quite as fast as Michael Phelps but it sure felt good to get back into the pool after almost a year!!
