Pace: 9:57minute miles

*Ahh…I sooo want to run a sub 30minute 5k.  Well not today but I am still pretty happy with my time & my pace, especially since the final kilometer or so is all uphill.*

Lifting to strengthen my muscles

ZWOW #5 – 3 rounds + 1 bicep curl (10lb weights)
