Travel Day!

Tonight we flew to Edmonton to celebrate Christmas in Banff.  And for me, travel days usually mean a low key workout, so here is what I did…

Push Ups

50 {21, 15, 14} My goal is to be able to do 50 consecutively!

Tomorrow, I hope to brave the -8F/-22C weather and go for a run.  I gotta keep running if I want to get a sub 50:00 in my New Year’s 5 miler:)
