Gluten-Free Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello fellow dessert lovers!!!  Tonight, I tested out Chocolate Covered Katie’s simple yet delicious gluten-free flourless chocolate chip recipe.  They were super, super easy to make & even more yummy to eat.

First things first, the recipe.

Step 1: Gather ingredients

Step 4: Bake Cookies


*Katie says to cook the dough for 6 minutes, however, I ended up baking them for a little over 10 minutes.*

Sooooo, my cookies ended up more like oatmeal crumble:) But they still tasted amazing! I am pretty sure my mistake was not blending the dry ingredients well enough.  I will have to try it again in a few days and let you guys know how it goes the second time around.

This recipe yields about 6 cookies.  The following nutritional value is for one cookie.

calories: 98 | fat: 4.1g | saturated fat: 1.2g | cholesterol: 0.3mg | sodium: 426.9mg potassium: 20.9mg | carbohydrates: 15.7 g | protein: 1.6g
