Hello fellow dessert lovers!!! Tonight, I tested out Chocolate Covered Katie’s simple yet delicious gluten-free flourless chocolate chip recipe. They were super, super easy to make & even more yummy to eat.
First things first, the recipe.
Step 1: Gather ingredients
Step 2: Blend Dry Ingredients
*this is where I messed up a bit. I should have blended it a bit longer*
Step 3: mix dry & wet INGREDIENTS
Step 4: Bake Cookies
*Katie says to cook the dough for 6 minutes, however, I ended up baking them for a little over 10 minutes.*
Step 5: eat some delicious cookies
Sooooo, my cookies ended up more like oatmeal crumble:) But they still tasted amazing! I am pretty sure my mistake was not blending the dry ingredients well enough. I will have to try it again in a few days and let you guys know how it goes the second time around.
This recipe yields about 6 cookies. The following nutritional value is for one cookie.
