Nike Factory Store Haul

Recap of our pre-Christmas and Boxing day shopping:)

The Nike Factory Store is a PE teacher’s dream!  And if you have never been before Christmas/New Year’s is one of the best times to shop the Nike outlets.  Since Kyle and I are both PE teachers and generally dressed in fitness apparel 90% of the waking day it is hard for us to ever pass over a Nike outlet (this also makes it waaay to easy to justify spending a lot of money).  There are two stores within an hour and a half from our house.  So on our way down to Sea-Tac for the Christmas holidays we hit them up and then of course on our way back to Canada we stopped again.

Here is a look at some of the awesome sales we found!  Also, since we spend more than $200 we got a $50 off a $100 purchase coupon for shopping during January (can you say Nike GPS Sportswatch!!!).  This was a pre-Christmas deal and if you spend $100 then you got $25 off of a $50 purchase.

1. Nike 21st C. Windrunner Jacket, official podium jacket for Team USA at the 2012 Summer Games

I have been lusting after this jacket since Team USA first stood on the podium in London.  The lust quickly disappeared after I saw the price tag, $450. So when we stumbled on this at the Nike outlet for only $125 it was love at first site.  It is still a lot to spend on a jacket but what sold me (beside that fact that it makes me look like an Olympian), was the reflectivity.  It is basically 100% reflective and waterproof.  Sounds perfect for a runner living in a dreary, wet climate like B.C.!

This jacket is so amazing that my Canadian husband was disappointed when they did not have any mens sizes.

Retail: $450, Nike Outlet: $125

2. Shoes, Shoes, Shoes

Kyle has been asking Santa for shoes for the last few months.  His first stop in any Nike is the back wall.  He lucked out and found a few pairs of shoes: a pair of Jordans ($40), a pair of golf shoes ($60), and some awesome Nike trainers ($80).

3. Running Shorts

When the weather is nice, I pretty much live in my Nike Tempo shorts. Home, gym, school, they work for everything.  Whenever, I find these for sale I try to stock up.

$7 for a pair for amazing running shorts. Yes please!

This is why I love Nike.  There were so many amazing deals, I was having to practice great shopping discipline.  All of the clearance was another 40% off and they had a ton of cold gear running layers with an extra 30 or 40% off.

If you are in the need of some new Nike gear head over the Nike Factor Store.  More specifically, if you live in Western Washington or the Lower Mainland you should hit up the Seattle Premium Outlets.  The Nike outlet there is consistantly amazing.

Been to an amazing outlet recently? I would love to hear about it!!!
