I have been a little M.I.A. from the Daily Sweat! scene the last few days.  Part of it was planned ahead of time because I knew I would be extremely busy on my trip home.  But it was also due to slight shin splints.  I have been resting my legs and sticking to yoga.  Here is a look at my workouts from the past week & a look at the week ahead:
