Hello Bloggers! Today was another beautiful day in Abbotsford. We have been so blessed with fantastic weather the last few weeks. This past weekend I signed up for a local half marathon, Run for Water! I have been planning to run it for months but finally signed up (just before the prices increased). A number of runners from our church are participating. Yay! I am shooting for a sub 2:10 half, that would be a little over 4 minutes improvement on my PR. This afternoon I went running with a friend & her adorable son. My first experience with a jogging stroller. I assumed the hard part would be pushing the extra weight…instead I found that my change in body position was the real challenge. My glutes & calves were burning (as well as my arms). It was a great workout & we had a pretty solid time with a 9:55pace.
