Early Morning Yoga

This morning I woke up early (not quite as early as yesterday) to do a little yoga before I hit the road.

My students did the same fitness circuit as yesterday (different kids) and I joined in (twice). I came prepared with my heart rate monitor. One circuit burned about 75 calories. Tomorrow, we are doing UNO Fitness!

farms + blue skys + big mountains = amazing ride
