Yay for my first Vitamix recipe!!! Since welcoming Vitamix to the family last week I have been pinning vegan/Vitamix recipes and experimenting like crazy. I tweaked this recipe from Little House Living to make it vegan & refined sugar free. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup of homemade coconut butter
- 1/2 cup of agave
- 1 cup of spelt flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 4 tablespoons of water
- few tablespoons of Trader Joe’s chocolate chips
Step 1: Put everything in your Vitamix except for chocolate chips
Step 2: Mix ingredients (I kept it on low because I did not want it to get too liquid)
Step 3: Pour or scoop dough into small bowl and mix in chocolate chips
Step 4: Put dough in fridge for 30ish minutes
Step 5: Eat yummy dough immediately:) Or roll into balls and freeze them to eat later!
