Living in Kunshan, China

Kyle and I had the opportunity to live in Kunshan, China from August 2011 to June 2012.  During our time living in China we taught at the Kunshan American School (also known as, Kunshan International School American Program). Prior to moving to China we knew next to nothing about the city (or school) we would soon call home. I searched and searched for information but was unsuccessful.  So now after spending about 10 months living here I wanted to share my little bit of knowledge with the World Wide Web incase there are others searching for information about our dear Kunshan.  I will try to give info about the major questions we have before moving, however if I fail to discuss a topic you are interested in please feel free to contact me at airplanesandtreadmills@gmail.com.

Please be patient with me as I am slowing updating this.

  2. Hi Janelle,

I’m Bell from Thailand. I’m considering applying to study at Duke Kunshan University, so, I’m flipping through the www for more information. I’m glad to have found your blog.

So, nothing much. Just want to say hi and if you feel that I should know anything about Kunshan, please do tell me. 🙂

    Cheers,
    Bell

p.s. I’m looking forward to see your updates on Kunshan 🙂

p.s.s. I’m also working in an international school as a PR person here in Thailand – Concordian International School (www.concordian.ac.th) . It’s a great school with great team. So, if you are ever interested in working in Bangkok, you can think of us. 🙂
