Weight/Resistance Training: Zuzka Light’s ZWOW # 7 ~ 18:22, 100% regular push ups (woo hoo) & 14 kg (30 lbs) weights
Flexibility Training: 15 minute yoga sequence… This afternoon I went to the gym to attend a “slimming” yoga class but only two of us showed up so they cancelled class. So I had to improvise and instead did a sequence at home.
